2. 限制

• 不得反向工程、反编译或拆解应用，法律允许的除外。
• 不得移除版权、商标或许可声明。
• 不得将应用或修改版本作为独立产品再分发、出售或出租。
• 不得使用应用绕过 DRM 或侵犯他人版权。

3. 内容与第三方服务

你对自己导入的书籍、标注、生词与使用的第三方服务负责。应用不提供书籍内容，也不托管 AI 模型；AI 输出可能不准确，请自行判断。第三方服务受其自身条款与隐私政策约束。

4. 无担保与责任限制

应用按“现状”提供，不附带任何明示或默示担保，包括适销性、特定用途适用性与不侵权。在适用法律允许的最大范围内，voidbytes 不对因使用或无法使用应用产生的间接、附带或后果性损失承担责任。

5. 变更与终止

我们可能更新这些条款；重大变更会在网站或应用内提示。你可以随时停止使用并删除应用。违反条款时，许可自动终止。

voidbytes grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Desktop Reader Plus on devices you own or control, for personal or internal use.

2. Restrictions

• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app, except as permitted by law.
• Do not remove copyright, trademark, or license notices.
• Do not redistribute, sell, or rent the app or modified versions as a standalone product.
• Do not use the app to circumvent DRM or infringe copyright.

3. Content and third-party services

You are responsible for the books, notes, and vocabulary you import and for the third-party services you use. The app does not provide book content or host AI models; AI output may be inaccurate. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

4. No warranty; limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is”, without any express or implied warranty, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, voidbytes is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the app.

5. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; material changes will be noted on the site or in the app. You may stop using the app and delete it at any time. The license terminates automatically if you violate these terms.
